Signature Activities
The Office for International Advancement hosts signature events throughout the year which are often attended by MSU leadership, faculty and staff, alumni and friends, and representatives from our dedicated partners.
Global MSU
Global MSU is an international event open to all MSU alumni, family, and friends. The event spotlights MSU’s global engagement and provides an opportunity for guests to network, renew friendships, and learn how to engage more deeply with MSU. MSU’s leadership and alumni are featured prominently to demonstrate our shared commitment to MSU’s world grant vision.
The multi-day gathering includes panel discussions highlighting MSU’s expertise in a global context, a classical music concert performed by College of Music alumni, and a networking reception and gala dinner celebrating our international alumni and donors.

Give Green Day
Each November, Give Green Day brings together Spartans from around the world to demonstrate the collective will of Spartans through philanthropy. Learn more about Give Green Day.
MSU Global Day of Service
Spartans have a proud, longstanding tradition of service. MSU Service Day demonstrates the difference Spartans around the world can make in their communities. Through the collective efforts of thousands of volunteers, MSU Service Day brings Spartans together to serve others while demonstrating the power of MSU's global network.
Alumni and friends can create their own project or find a project in their community. Learn more about building community through service. For additional questions, contact Bingbing Chen.
