The ECLAT Foundation Graduate Scholarship is intended to encourage MSU graduate students who have demonstrated the capacity and the motivation to achieve their educational and professional goals.

The ECLAT Foundation is a non-profit organization in Dallas created to provide opportunities, life-enriching experiences, and, when necessary, financial aid to deserving students in need for the express purpose of advancing and/or enhancing their education.

ECLAT stands for Education Changes Lives and Times (教育改變命運及時代). The organization works to help students achieve their potential through education in the U.S., China, Taiwan, and elsewhere.

Apply for the ECLAT Foundation Graduate Scholarship

Recipients will generally be selected during the spring semester, with awards to be effective the following fall semester. Scholarships will be for the amount of $5,000 toward tuition expenses.

Students who receive the award are requested to accept the award with a letter sent to the Board of Directors, ECLAT Foundation, 420 Maplelawn Drive, Plano, TX 75075.

Eligible students will:

1. Be admitted to a graduate program at MSU.
2. Be International students.
3. Among equally qualified applicants, preference will be given to applicants who have completed all or part of their preparatory education in China or Taiwan.
4. Additional preference will be given to students admitted to the Broad College MBA program, College of Engineering graduate program or to graduate students.
